406 Coupe Fahrertür knacken

Meine Fahrertür ist am Knacken beim auf und zu machen' ich denke es liegt an den Gelenken und am Verschleiß der vielen Jahre. Ist es möglich an den Türen was einzustellen und wenn nicht was müßte getauscht werden damit es wieder Normal ist?

schon ma mit caramba, wd40 oder sonst was in der richtung zum schmieren probiert? hat bei meinem meist shcon gereicht.

Ja, das wird der Türfangarm, oder Türhebel (Keiner scheint zu wissen wie das Ding wirklich heißt) sein. Manchmal hilft wie oben gesagt Öl raufpfeffern, manchmal haben sich auch nur die beiden Muttern gelöst. Manchmal muss man ihn aber auch ersetzen. Hatte ich auch. Kostet fürn 106 z.B. 26 Euro bei Peugeot.

wow ging ja mal fix mit dem Antworten hehe, also mit WD-40 hatte ich schon einiges drauf schmelzen lassen und es hatte leider kein Unterschied gemacht! Da wo die schrauben sind dachte ich zuerst das sich es in den Jahren verschoben hat da die Tür auch einiges wiegt, aber es sieht nicht dannach aus das dass der fall ist! Ich hatte vorhin auch mal die Tür am ende festgehalten und leicht angehoben aber knackt trotzdem hmpf...

Was ausgeschlagen ist, nennt sich TÜRFANGBAND! und kann bei solch schweren Türen auch gerne ma den Geist auf geben...

Hatte gerade nochmal was rausgeschmiert' heile sieht es aus, blöde nur das ich die Geräusche nicht genau Orten kann wo es her kommt! Die Tür hat ja 2 Rasstpunkte und bei beiden knackt es auch.

denke auch dass das Türfangband ist. Hatte ich auch. Nach dem Tausch ist nun alles wieder super

Zum einen dürfte ja mittlerweile klar sein, dass es das Türfangband ist. Typisches Problem bei unseren Wägelchen.

Zum anderen: Wenn die Tür nur knackt beim Öffnen, sie aber in beiden Positionen noch offen bleibt, kann ich nur empfehlen, sich einfach an das Geräusch zu gewöhnen.

Denn die einzige Abhilfe wäre nämlich, das Türfangband auszutauschen. Was anderes bringt da definitiv nichts.

Allerdings ist der Ausbau bzw. Tausch ziemlich fummelig.

Hier mal eine Beschreibung aus dem britischen 406 Coupé-Forum (Zeitaufwand zwischen 1-3 Stunden - je nach Fingerfertigkeit und Größe der Hand )

You will need a torx bit size 40 to remove the screws which hold the check strap to the body. There are two to remove, shown by the arrows



These are quite difficult to get at because the door is in the way so you can't just get something straight on. I used a short insert with a 10 mm spanner to turn it



Then you can open the door just a bit wider, and get at the 2 10 mm nuts holding the whole Check Strap to the door. You will need a short 10mm sockets to get to these. Be carefull DON'T Drop the nuts into the door frame - it's easy to do, and you'll never find them again



Now you can you can remove the door card step one undo the door handle it has 2 x T20 bolts in it one at the top and one at the botom behind a blanking plug.



Then unclip the door opener with a flat screwdriver



Take out the door light using a flat head screwdriver and un plug it



take out the window switches and un plug



take off the speaker cover using a small flat head screwdriver start at 12 o'clock then 3 o'clock then 9 o'clock



unscrew the speaker at the 4 screws, take it out and unplug.



if your not carefull taking the door card off you may break the yellow clips you can get more from your local pug dealer 23p each I got 6 but only used 1 (typical)



now you can pull upwards on the door card and take it off.. It should come off very easy . Now your ready for the fiddly bit of takin out the check strap. Wiggle the strap and push it into the door and pull it out the hole shown



that’s how you get it off. The refitting is reverse.

Oha, ja ein wenniger aufwand als ich dachte' hatte erst vermutet um es auszutauschen müßte man die ganze Tür abnehmen. Die Türverkleidung ist ja schnell runter, den rest müßte man sehen! Gott sei Dank ist das Gute stück nicht so Teuer, werde mir überlegen ob ich es wirklich Tausche' den das Knacken hört sich echt fies an. Mensch danke leute für die Hilfe' ist ja echt spitze wie Ihr euch einsetzt ;-)
